Space thrives on precision, reliability, and meaningful partnerships.

In the context of the new cooperation agreement between Brandenburg and Uttarakhand, we had the pleasure of welcoming an Indian delegation to DiGOS at the Potsdam Science Park. Our sincere thanks go to the Universität Potsdam and GFZ Helmholtz-Zentrum für Geoforschung Potsdam for the invitation and for providing the right setting for exchange between science, policy, and industry.

As part of a live demonstration, we presented our Laser Ranging Stations for high-precision orbit determination of satellites and space debris in Earth orbit.

In addition, we shared insights into our fiber-optic activities, including Phosaris, our sensing system for monitoring critical infrastructure, recently awarded the Berlin-Brandenburg Innovation Award (Innovationspreis Berlin Brandenburg).

The strong technical interest and the discussions at eye level highlighted how relevant operational technologies are for topics such as orbital safety, resilience, and sustainable infrastructure — and how much potential lies in international cooperation.

Thank you for the open exchange. We look forward to what comes next. We would also like to thank the site management in Golm.
