We’re sending our warmest congratulations to Annalena Baerbock on her election as President of the UN General Assembly! It’s great to see someone with a strong international focus take on this important role – and even better when space-related topics are part of the conversation.

Just last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming her to the Helmert Tower at GFZ Potsdam. Our Managing Director André Kloth gave her an update on the renovation project and the exciting plans for a new Satellite Laser Ranging (SLR) station right there in the historic tower.

At DIGOS Potsdam GmbH, we specialize in global satellite laser ranging systems that help keep space safe and satellite orbits precisely tracked. Our systems are used by space agencies around the world, including ESA and JAXA.
